they sent me a bag that was not new, damaged and without a label! it was a birthday present for my mom! They ruined it! But they refused to solve the problem, the service is very bad! I will not buy from them again! and I advise others to be careful!

Beware of monogram !!
Definitely regret getting this bag monogrammed !! For the price of this bag I expected the monogrammed initials to be clear and neat, but I received crooked lettering and very messy print ! Disappointed with Michael Kors and the poor quality. It is upsetting you can’t exchange or return the bag once monogrammed. A nice bag ruined with an ugly monogram.

Crossover purse
I just got my new purse today. I couldn’t be happier! I love the colour, I love the shape and absolutely love the style. I monogrammed it and it looks gorgeous.
On a side note, I’m not too confident with the material, it seems a bit ... flimsy. I really hope it last long.
