Rated 3 out of 5 by from Zipper gets stuck in same spot I really love the look of this purse. It is medium sized. I think the purse is polished-looking and stylish. I would totally carry it as my "everyday" purse except for the zipper sticking. It is so frustrating and renders the purse largely useless to me. I haven't used the purse once because I don't want the frustration of dealing with the zipper. It is a shame because this is otherwise a stylish and attractive handbag. So instead it just hangs on my bedroom door handle like an ornament.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute but not great Looks cute but not functional. The zipper is super hard to zip up and almost seems to catch when I try to zip it up which makes it super inconvenient. I don’t great size but the zipper is super frustrating to deal with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, hard to zip the zipper I ordered this bag because of its seemingly big bag opening and its cute pink (powder blush colour). Upon receiving, the colour is off from online photo. Online colour seems like a baby pink colour however actual bag colour is a pale pink. I don't mind the pale colour however I found the bag to be poor quality...the leather is very stiff, I guess MK made it stiff so it holds its shape even with nothing inside. The main deal breaker was the bag opening and the bad zipper. It's SO difficult to zip it open and close, I ordered 2 bags in different colours and both were like that so I'm sure it's not because I received a defective product. I understand sometimes a simple waxing of the zipper will do (due to previous experiences with other MK bag and a sales associate said the hard-to-zip zipper is normal and you need to wax the zipper with parchment paper before use) but this time the zipper is the worst I've seen. And I have to ask, how come I don't have problem with the zipper with other brandname bags...they don't require me to "wax" the zipper before use. It's simply bad quality zipper. And like I said initially, I bought this bag because of its seemingly big bag opening. It's actually not easy to open it up fully like in the photo due to its stiff leather, it still opens up big enough but just not like the photo. Over time with use it'll probably be better. Pretty disappointed with the bag quality this time, will have to return

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Much smaller than listed dimensions! I just bought this bag, very excited. Upon receiving it, I was so disappointed. The listed length dimension is 14 inches. However, that is not true. The bottom of the bag is only 11.5 inches. 14 inches is the widest part of the bag, where the bag flares out (near the zipper). Why list 14 inches? Obviously I want to know the measurements of the bottom of the bag! This bag ended up being the same size as my current bag. So I'm returning it.
