Poor customer service.
Ordered these shoes and was given two right shoes. They refused just sending the proper shoe even after getting sent an image of both right shoes. I found this super annoying because the order was wrong so to rectify they should have sent the proper order. It was annoying and a pain to be told “sorry no exchanges but just this once we will refund you” and I had to get the label, wrap it, and take it to the post office. Seems basic, I get it but again, you essentially sent the wrong order just sending me the correct shoe is the only option that makes sense, send me the left one. Such poor customer service.

Pay attention and check the Size before ordering
I am a true US size 7 , after I read the review , I checked on the size guide. It seems these shoes put down as US size for ordering but the measurements is going with the European size, so I ordered Eu 38 ( US 7.5) as Eu 37 will be too small for sure. So I strongly recommend to size up half size should be fine. That being said, I ordered US 7.5 on these and it is the US size 7.
