Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Slimming Swishy Dress! Beautiful, slimming dress. Skirt fabric drapes nicely and is lovely and swishy when walking. Top stays up. My only issue was it was miles too long for my 5'-3" frame. Oh and I liked it better without the belt.
