Absolute garbage
The backpack was bought as a gift for my wife. The straps began to come apart as the stitching failed nearly immediately. Upon asking for return or repair, we've been stuck dealing with Michael Kors' absolutely terrible customer service for weeks with no resolution. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT spend money at Michael Kors. If I could give less than one star I would.
