Great bag!
I've used this bag for over a year now and it has stood the test of time. It's great quality, with a long strap. I like that it helps keep my hands free, especially on the subway. The back slip pocket can fit my e-reader, while the front zip pocket holds keys, bus pass, etc. The inner pocket is deep enough to hold lipstick and a pen, but I don't use the card slots at all. I like that this bag fits what I need to carry with me, although at only 1 inch deep it's sometimes a tight fit. All in all it's a great value, though if you want to carry bulky items, this might not suit you. I carry my phone, wallet, sunglasses, and ear buds and they fit perfectly. It's a great bag and I definitely recommend it.

Customer service not good purse was
Nice bag not good customer service forgot to add special note for wife inside so when she received it for her birthday she had no clue who it was from and the special message she was suppose to get from me and my son. After contacting I was given a automated message of we strive to do better sorry. For the cost of the purses I’d think the note they ask if you want added would be there! Not impressed and won’t purchase again.
