Worn shoes
I ordered these shoes because I love the style and the price. When they arrived, they were already worn, someone else’s dirty feet marked on the inside of the shoes. I don’t think it's fair that we order shoes online, they don’t clean them, and send us shoes that someone else has already worn. I called the outlet store and they weren't able to help me, they told me that it's best to call customer service because they wouldn't exchange them at the store for clean shoes, I called customer service and they were already closed. I don't want the money back, I just want to exchange the shoes for the same ones.

Beautiful shoe
Love these heels...great style, comfort and fit. The heel is not too high so I can wear it for longer periods of time without discomfort. True to size. I wear a 7.5 and it fit perfectly.
