Elegant handbag
I love this MK bag! I was hesitant after reading a few negative reviews but ordered this bag in driftwood anyway as I was looking for a lighter brown versatile handbag to replace an old taupe MK bag from many years ago. This purse was packaged securely and upon opening, I was thrilled with the style, the quality, the hardware and the color! It’s a subtle elegant sheen, not shiny. I love the soft feel of the quilted leather yet the bag is well structured so it sits in its feet. Very classy handbag! Love it so much I just ordered it in soft pink, can’t wait to receive it!

Missing and Improper Items
Recently, I ordered a Susan medium quilted leather tote bag and two dust bags. However, upon receiving the shipment today, I noticed a couple of issues:
1. The Susan leather tote bag arrived inside a dust bag, but it appears that the original packaging and price tag were removed.
2. One of the dust bags I ordered was missing.
I am deeply disappointed with this purchase, as it seems I have been sent a used or returned bag that was simply placed in one of the dust bags I ordered. I expect better service and care in the handling of my purchases from Michael Kors.

Must add to your closet of purses
This purse is the perfect size when you're out and on the go it will hold my Kindle Fire it will hold my wallet my glasses my makeup it is perfect and the quality of How It's Made I know in my heart that it will last for a lifetime when treated correctly just like all my others have.
