My only complaint is that the shoulder strap tends to fall off the shoulder. I'm thinking it's due to the longer handle being mostly a chain. Perhaps if it was a partial chain it would stay up better. I love the look of having the chain as a handle. A partial chain on the handle would be just as classy and functional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gorgeous bag, BUT... Just received this lovely quilted satchel in the mail and was extremely excited, but inspecting the way the handbag was made. I’m sorry MK but the sides of the leather looks and feels a bit flimsy. I absolutely love the style, make and creation of this lamb leather, but if the handbag was made a bit more structured I definitely would have kept it. I love that it comes with a separate strap and the handles are perfect, but the sides all around is just not well structured. When I place my hand inside the bag just to get a feel of what it feels on the inside, it just feels a little cheap. Kind of like a cheap plastic bag is placed on the inside. I did not like that at all. Not happy. PLEASE REMAKE THIS BAG AND I WILL CONSIDER TO BUY AGAIN!!

Only been using it for about 2 months and the leather is fading and in spots it is now grey and not black. I am also not someone who is rough with my purses. Very disappointed with the cost and the quality of the purse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stiff handles The absolute cuteness is the chain strap makes it very elegant, unfortunetly if wearing chain strap the other straps stick out and are very hard and will poke your sides when walking unless they sit up straight, leather is very soft to open and take stuff out easily.
