First, the zipper was hard to open or close the backpack. Secondly, one of the straps on the backpack kept coming loose, making it impossible to keep the bag on my back. This was a waste of money.

Especially having to zip all the way from one side to the other. Hopefully the ease of the zipper will improve with continued use.
