Straps too long
Bag arrived today and so disappointed that the straps are way too long. Couldn't shorten to the right length because of how they're made so the backpack part tips over on my back in a weird position. The bag itself is very cute and sturdy, perfect size.

Perfect size
So far this bag seems amazing. Love the size and the color is so chic. So far the the craftsmanship of the bag seems sturdy. We will see with the months how it holds up. I am hoping when it gets dirty I will be able to clean it off easily. We shall see. Brought on Black Friday great deal!

I've had this bag for about a year now and it goes with every outfit, still get tons of compliments too. I only wish that it was slightly larger so my MK wallet would fit inside better.

I ordered this bag in store last week, received it today, noticed some scuffs on the leather and scratches on the metal hardware, it was poorly wrapped, obviously an used item, will be returning it.
