I am 5’1”, 150lbs athletic build and 34D chest. the Medium was too tight in the chest area and I don’t think a size up would be proportionate even if it I was able to sob it up. I returned the dress and did not think it worth it to try and work it with a size up or two.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty but not flexible I have other MK dresses so I was confident with the size I bought but then this one won’t stretch at all. I recommend to get a size bigger. Very pretty and material is good but sadly runs small. I usually wear 6 or Small. Not sure if 8 would work but I’m not gonna order it because it’s quite a hassle to return/purchase by mail.
