Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Way too black and couldn’t exchange When we ordered this watch it looked dark but not as dark as it was in person. We were shocked. You can barely see the design on the watch. Unfortunately, I was surprising my bf and got his initials engraved. When reaching out to the company they said sorry nothing we can do. I couldn’t understand if we changed our mind but we would have not purchased this watch knowing you couldn’t read the watch unless there was light hitting it. We weren’t asking for a full refund or actually nothing in particular. We simply said if there was anything they could do we would truly appreciate it. Unfortunately, they said they couldn’t do anything and were stuck with an expensive watch that we probably wont be using. Lesson learned.
