The first thing the designer didn't do well is the distance of the handle on the top. It's too narrow. It can be used as a cross body bag but since the handle is too close to each other, I feel pressured from the strap sinking on my shoulder. It is not comfortable. However, the Ava Top Scallop bag doesn't have this problem. Maybe it was designed afterwards and the flaw was corrected. But it's sold out...I should have bought it when it was still available! Another issue is the metal closure. It's not easy to snap it in and close it every time. The opening spot to lock is TOO tiny! I have to use my finger to estimate the area to click it in and lock. It's really annoying when you want to close it but it refuses and keeps sticking out. A few times people were telling me my bag pops open!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from super heavy i got a TON of compliments on this bag.. however they were at a price.. The bag is super heavy (hardware plus stiff fat leather). Crossbody strap is not long enough even at last hole, end up waist level which is an odd way to wear the bag. Also the locking mechanism is not very user friendly so i found myself leaving it unlocked; because it is stiff, the flap stuck out when it was unlocked. Def not a polished look. I wanted to like this bag , I really did, but the welts and burns on my poor neck when i wore it crossbody said NO.
