However, I am severely disappointed with the way that I received this bag. Not sure if the bag I was received was perhaps previously used. It had no packing and was shipped in a soft mailer, which was a bad choice for a smooth leather handbag. Easily dented and scratched through the soft mailer. I was so excited to receive the bag and had cut off the tags before I noticed a dent/scratch in the leather of the backside of the bag. So this was a first from MK, and I’m so burned by this last shipment that I hesitate to ever order again.

I love it 🥰, the fact that you can use it as crossbody, shoulder bag and a clutch is a PLUS! One of my favorite bag now🥰❤️. Classy, elegant, neat. Size is just right for me, not small. I have fun changing the straps as well.
