I was highly disappointed with this purchase. Someone removed the 2 pouches and the crossbody strap from the bag so my 3-in-1 turned into a 1. The best offer for resolution was 15% off. Of course the bag was now out of stock so I couldn’t get a replacement in the same color. Very disappointing that I couldn’t get a better resolution. Offering 15% off on a bag with 3 pieces missing was ridiculous!
