Rated 3 out of 5 by from Noisy! I love the purse! But the MK hardware on the strap of the purse continues to "squeak" as it rubs against the leather. Every single time I carry it, it sounds like I'm on a saddle! I've tried working it to get a little wear but nothing has helped. I've had the purse a for a couple of months now. Any ideas?

I purchased another MK purse that didn't even have a pocket for a cell phone. I have noticed the slip pockets and lanyard for keys have been disappearing from MK bags.
