Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shoulder straps are thin I bought two totes (navy and brown) and gave one away as a gift. The navy is a beautiful color and I planned to keep the luggage/gold for myself. Unfortunately, I "tested" the weight of the bag when it was filled and the thin straps can dig into your shoulder. So, that one is going back. Otherwise, nice quality, great looking, plenty of room and good pockets. I like that this version is a zip top. And, my friend agreed about the straps. She loves the navy bag but tries not to pack it too much. When it's full, the straps hurt her shoulder.
