Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was very excited about this purchase. Unfortunately I messed up when ordering and an old address was entered for delivery. I realized right away and emailed the help center the same day. The next morning I called right away and spoke to a representative who told me my delivery address could not be changed and I would have to cancel the order. I canceled the order. However it still got delivered to an old address and I never saw a reimbursement. Fortunately I was able to coordinate with the owner of the house, but it was 3 hours of travel one way to get the shoes. I love the shoes but I’m very disappointed with the service provided.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love my shoes. I have these in camel and denim, they are a little narrow around the top part of the foot so I recommend going a half or whole size up so that your feet are comfortable but the shoes are BOMB !!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute as Bugs but Very uncomfortable! Loved these and tried so hard to make them work but just not possible. I am a perfect size 6 and these were slightly too short in toe - but the worst were the other 3 places they were painful. They are remarkably stiff for canvas and leather. The toe area will not bend when I walk; the tongue is so stiff it hurts my front lower leg when I try to walk (again, will not just give or bend comfortably); and the heel, I believe, would rub skin off. (note: I tried them on with a thin cotton socklet.) Very disappointing as they are truly the cutest shoes MK made. A larger size would not fix all 4 of these issues.
