Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not waste your money This is the second micheal kors smart watch I have purchased and both have been completely horrible. This watch stopped working properly after 3 times of wearing it. It gets extremely hot and does not charge, makes random noises while charging and has clitched out numerous times. I have since sent it in for repair through warranty, another night mare in itself trying to get through to the right department and not get lines cut off especially while in Canada. I will never buy another like this from them, too many issues, no customer service a complete waste of my time and money. To note I still do not have the watch back and who knows what will happen next! Out $300 and my time wasted trying to phone their npt so helpgul phone lines, nobpdy seemed to know hpw to get me to the right person. I ohone and emailed and tried chatting such a horrible experience. Very disappointing from such a large profitable company. Taking advantage of the consumer with poor quality customer service portals and constant issues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but cheap flimsy bands I like the look and functions, but just like the actual Fossil watches, the quality has declined and it reflects the brand. The bands of the watches have become low quality and cheap. In 2 years Ive watched how the quality becomes worse and worse. It's sad because they are nice watches, but I can't support a company that keeps finding ways to cheap out on quality while wanting to be a big brand name.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST WATCH EVER researched for a year before I settled on my MK Smartwatch. I have sent it back 3 times for warranty. And each time about 6 months later the backing falls off, or the charging ring is unglued or the watch stops charging. Absolute garbage. Same tech in Fossil and Kate Spade Smartwatches. Everytime I send it back, it's at my cost. Moving onto another watch. Love my bag...WORST WATCH EVER.
