The fit is true to size, however, if you plan on layering with other clothes, I would size up. I am 5’5/138lbs, and usually wear a small. I bought a medium for more room. It’s lightweight, but warm enough for Southern winters! I probably wouldn’t chance it without layering for more extreme winters, like northern states have!
