Nice size and look
I bought this in black to use as my travel purse and love it. It fits my IPAD nicely with plenty of room for wallet and extras. Front pocket was great for phone and passport (with extra room). Love being hands free, especially while traveling and at the airport! I just wish it came with a dust bag for storage.

Just so so
I ordered this online and was super disappointed in the packaging. It was in a plastic bag inside a box with no fillers to help hold it in place. The backpack itself was clearly off a rack in a store and had been handled a lot. There was no stuffing inside so it was flat and misshapen. There is only 1 zipper for the main compartment. The zipper on the small outside pocket gets stuck on the inside trim. I expected more for a bag of this price. Poor quality.

Daughter loves it!
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and now the only bag she uses. She said she would never go back to a standard handbag. The backpack is well made, the color pink was beautiful and it is easy to retrieve items.
