The size is perfect and has a few pockets on the inside that are great to put personal products or other things like gum in there. The outside has one pocket in the front and one in the back. The one in the back is just the right size for your cellphone for easy access. It’s not too big or too small. I use the shoulder straps more than the actual handles but it converts that way great! 10/10 love my bag and would totally recommend!
