The handbag was packed in a plastic bag… I was expecting a box. There is not dust bag… I bought this item many times before and it ALWAYS COMES WITH A DUST BAG. As I said, I have this item in other colors which I bought from Macy’s and I’m very sad to say that the item’s quality has changed. It feels cheap. I think I won’t be able to tolerate the downgraded quality and I’ll return. I’m disappointed. If it is your first time buying this item, go ahead, it is a beautiful handbag. If you bought this item when it just came out, refrain from purchasing because you’ll be disappointed when comparing it to your other Ceces.
