Opt Out of the free monogramming service…
The monogramming is subpar and awful. You’re better having it monogrammed somewhere else after purchase. I sent the first one back before the monogramming was way off and crooked and the Michael Kors logo was as well only to get the
replacement with the monogramming off centered.

This is my second purchased. the first bag i gifted to my niece. now i bought it for myself now i just notice how poor the bag quality is and the strap is so different from the picture, looks like it is cheaply made, i agree Michael Kors quality is going downhill. i think i will return this item.
