if I could give zero starts I would. after only having the bag got five months the vinal that covers the edges on the bottom started to peel off. costmer service was no help I'll not being purchasing from Michael Kors again. I

I am happy that monogramming is free and available for this backpack. But I ordered the lettering to be GOLD but SILVER was used instead. :( It does not go with the zippers and mk logo and looks cheap on an olive color.Sadly, no return on such orders.Read the order before marking bags!

Perfect everyday backpack style purse
I bought this for my sister who after a serious car accident finds backpack style purses the most comfortable. She loves it! It is big enough to hold everything she needs and is comfortable on her back and shoulders. She likes the peddled leather and thinks it will hold up well to every day use. I got it her initials put in it so that her daughters won’t be tempted to take it.
