The zippers hurt my hand while trying to put in/remove objects from the internal pockets, A disappointment because it was just the right size for me. Held my phone, credit cards and license and a small pouch with lip gloss, nail file, ear plugs, etc. Also, found it difficult to get the snap snapped.

The many compartments inside the bag make for easy organization, and the lock on the front and design of the bag is to die for. Lovely, definitely recommend this bag!
