I own and have purchased a number of purses over the last 10 years and they were all fantastic. However, I find the quality has dropped dramatically! The zipper on this bag feels like it’s going to fail within the first six months. Not only that, I received the purse in a paper bag, not a box, with no dust cover. I would expect this if I may be ordered from the outlet store, but not when I’ve ordered from Michael Kors direct. I’m giving this one as a gift and I’m hoping it lasts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Halo from Return or replace / try another? I love the look of this bag. It’s beautiful, but my entire wedding day this zipper was a struggle to pull closed. It’s ridiculous how hard it is. I had to leave my purse open and if bag tipped or car bumped / jerked things were falling out. Zippers are important. They need to be strong for sure but functional.
