The customer service on the other hand is not good, they did not address my situation as soon as possible and they held on to my gift card balance for over a month. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Love from not happy I ordered this item a few weeks ago during the "sale". I just got an email stating that the order cannot be fulfilled because it is out of stock. Which is untrue, checking this website right now and where I can physically pick up this product in my area. Because the item was on sale for less that what it is stated now on the website, they have cancelled my order. This is very poor business practice.
