When it arrived I wasn't ready to switch out of my MK summer tote and the bag seemed too structured and large for my needs. I shipped it back to MK and immediately I regretted it. I toiled for several days and after a week I began stalking the website to buy the bag again. It was no longer available. Finally I got an email they had received my return! I jumped on the MK site again and hurriedly repurchased my 'returned' bag! ;) the shipping folks must think I'm insane!! I LOVEEE this bag and I'm so glad I was able to get it back!
