I’ve had the bag a month now, it’s only a little creased, which is annoying, but i jam pack this bag with things. I wish the front pocket had more space, or maybe just some small pockets inside. As for the big storage part of the bag, if you own mk backpacks, then you know how the zipper opens. But it’s lowkey in a weird spot which makes you have to bend and likely crease the top of the bag slightly, while you’re putting things inside. Keep in mind like i said, i jam pack this bag with things lol.
OKAY that was my dislikes! I love the color, the feel of the bag, it doesn’t feel cheap, the handle to the bag is nice and easy to hold, the arm straps are comfortable and firm, the design on the bag is cute imo.
