New years boots from
Somebody didn’t do there job
The associate at the mall wrote I returned the boots because I changed my mind. That was not the case I ordered a wide width and they sent me a medium width. I did want the boots. But at this point it’s a headache. The boots were nice tho just way too small.

False advertising
These boots are called Britt Wide Width. I ordered t try hem but received a medium width so I returned them and reordered them. Again, they came in a medium width. It was frustrating that they were advertised as wide but were medium. I returned them again. The item should be what is advertised. Very disappointed.

Perfect Width
I was worried about the width of the boot being too big, but it is perfect. The color is beautiful, and I can't wait to wear them. I have the MK Coat to match, and it is identical to the boot.
