Rated 1 out of 5 by Mary from Disappointed on the Monogram used color pen/marker Just received my delivery and I am kind of disappointed I ordered the black with a monogram initials but I didn’t expect it to be a color pen or marker used in the monogram not on a metal. When I called the MK representative told me it should be same metal as the Michael kors tag. I know it is not refundable once it is personalized, so I am giving everyone a heads up before requesting a monogram added on their order. The application on the initials is not even clean too messy. I am totally disappointed True to size. I like the design and it is cute.
