Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order.If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 60 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Online Purchases

Merchandise purchased via michaelkors.com can only be returned via mail. Merchandise cannot be returned to Michael Kors stores at this time.

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.

If you use a SmartLabel, a fee will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer not to use the SmartLabel, please ship the item prepaid and insured to Sales Division, 123 Customer Way, Irving, TX 75039. For a replacement shipping label, please call 1-800-825-8000.

Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

Retail Store Return and Exchange Policy

At this time, MichaelKors.com orders cannot be returned in our retail locations. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to bring this service to you in the near future.

If a product was not purchased at a Michael Kors retail location, please return it to the retailer where it was purchased.

Collection Boutiques

New, unused, full price merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Michael Kors US Collection Boutique within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt or gift receipt.

Items purchased in a Michael Kors US Collection Boutique may only be returned to a Michael Kors US Collection Boutique.

Refunds will be issued in the original tender of the purchase, except cash refunds will be issued by mail check. Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All swimwear, altered merchandise, and sale items are final sale.

Michael Kors reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy.

Lifestyle Stores

New, unused, full price merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Michael Kors US Lifestyle Store within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt or gift receipt.

Items purchased in a Michael Kors US Lifestyle Store may only be returned to a Michael Kors US Lifestyle Store.

Refunds will be issued in the original tender of the purchase, except cash refunds will be issued by mail check. Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Michael Kors offers a one-time price adjustment if full price merchandise is marked down within 7 days of the date of your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on full price merchandise, visit a Michael Kors US Lifestyle Store within 7 days of your purchase, with your original receipt. All price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of the purchase. Price adjustments for original purchases made with cash will be issued by mail check.

All swimwear, altered merchandise, and sale items are final sale.

Outlet Stores

New, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Michael Kors US Outlet Store within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt or gift receipt. Merchandise credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Items purchased in a Michael Kors US Outlet Store may only be returned to a Michael Kors US Outlet Store.

All altered merchandise and sale items are final sale.

No refunds.

International Purchases

Michael Kors products purchased outside the US cannot be returned or exchanged at US retail locations.

Price adjustments

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 1.800.908.1157.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order cancellation

You may cancel any Michael Kors order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
