Return Policy
If product was not purchased at a Michael Kors retail location, please return item to the retailer where it was purchased.
If product was purchased at a Michael Kors retail location:
- Michael Kors Lifestyle Store Return Policy
New, unused full price merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any U.S. Michael Kors lifestyle store within 21 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original tender of the purchase. Cash refunds for original purchases made by cash or check will be issued by mail check. Store credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All swimwear and sale items are final sale. Footwear, once worn, and altered items, are not returnable. Items purchased in a lifestyle store may only be returned to a lifestyle store.
Michael Kors reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

New, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit at any U.S. Michael Kors outlet store within 21 days of purchase when accompanied by an original Michael Kors receipt. Store credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All swimwear and sale items are final sale. Altered items are not returnable. Items purchased in an outlet store may only be returned to an outlet store.
